The Entry Form is now available!

June 8 marks the beginning of Euro 2012 in Poland/Ukraine where the top sixteen European nations will look to become Europe’s top soccer country.

The tournament opens June 8 in Warsaw with the final to be played July 1 in Kyiv.

Will European and World Champions Spain be the first repeat Euro winners?
