Dear players,
I’ve received some feedback from people who did not submit Conference Finals predictions before the deadline. One person wrote that they had a problem with the form; two others were waiting for an e-mail specific to an entry form. One of three people has submitted predictions after the deadline, the others didn’t.
There has been a Prediction Challenges website for some time, a link to which is included at the top of every e-mail message sent to game participants, which has the entry forms and they have been posted days before the entry deadlines. The Conference Finals form was online for about six days, even before the Western Conference finalists were known. A link to the form was in the Conference Finals Results e-mail message of May 12.
If a player has a problem with the form, I still need predictions before the series start, which could still be sent by e-mail. If I receive something later, they’re not predictions!
I am very reluctant to accept any kind of late submissions as there are over 30 players and their money involved. I regret that this has happened, but I don’t know what other action I can take.
