Important note:

I haven’t included standings here as with this update I have not made any attempt to account for standings ties. Dealing with ties in the groups is a spreadsheet programming challenge that I haven’t been able to solve with the time available to me. I have simply applied the UEFA coefficient tiebreaker. So, please take the standings shown on the PDF with more than a grain of salt.

Matchday 2 will create separation of the teams in the standings. If I’m not mistaken, Groups A, B and D can’t have any standings ties after Matchday 2. Group C could feature a a 4-way tie if the Netherlands and Portugal reverse their fortunes from Matchday 1.
