Wes and Steffen are our leaders heading into the Christmas break with their mostly excellent (and identical) predictions of an unpredictable Group Stage.
Dave and Doug were the only players to have as many as 13 of the 16 advancing teams correct, while six players (Ron, Wes, Clint, Dave, Evan, Steffen) had three of the groups in the correct order.
The easiest group to predict was Group E, with 100 points being earned by the 14 players in our game; hardest was Group F, where only 56 points were earned.
Enjoy the holidays and the start of 2014. It will get fast and furious in February with eight home-and-home knockout matchups.
