UEFA Champions League Prediction Challenge! 2023-24
A note about 2024/25…
As you may be aware, UEFA has reformed its international club competitions for the upcoming season, including UEFA Champions League. The tournament proper will begin with a single 36-team league, with teams playing eight opponents to determine 24 teams to advance to the knockout rounds (the top eight teams will receive a bye, while teams ranked 9-16 will be drawn against teams ranked 17-24).
I plan to organize the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League beginning with the 16-team Knockout Round Play-Offs scheduled to run February 11 through February 19, 2025. Players will still enjoy a five-round Prediction Challenge game, and be spared making predictions for what I hope will one day be retrospectively known as the Primordial Soup Phase.
