Our Game

Rules Update

Dear players, I made the discovery that the FIA is no longer awarding a single point in respect of fastest laps as of 2025, after the rule was in place from 2019-2024. I regret this oversight!

After some consideration, I have removed Fastest Lap points from our rule set and applied the change retroactively for the races to date in order to evaluate all 2025 races consistently. Point scoring for the season will come from FIA points for first through tenth and the Places Gained for first through tenth.

Through the first three races (including Bahrain), each player earned one point via the fastest lap, while Matt and John Havlik earned two. These points, nor any points potentially earned by Oscar Piastri in the Bahrain GP (all players selected Piastri) are not reflected in standings as of this report. If Matt or John Havlik find themselves a point shy of a prize at the end of the season, I will compensate them appropriately without any negative impact on other players. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

The Race!

Michael earned top score for the GP having the top-scoring driver in all rows. Michael has extended his lead to 36 points, while Wes has moved into a points tie with Steve for second place, with Steve ahead on a tie-breaker for having the best-scoring driver selected in 3 races to 2. Danielle continues in a prize spot in fourth.
